Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or just someone needing a break from the stress of everyday life, this session is for you!

Community Group Stretch at Tempe Town Lake Directions

Join us for a free community group stretch session at Tempe Town Lake! Sessions will be held every Sunday at 8:00 AM, and are weather permitting. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and join our newsletter for the latest updates or cancellations. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to move. This session is open to all levels and is designed to help you reconnect with your body and reduce stress in a supportive group setting. Let your body breathe. Move with purpose. Stretch with intention. RSVP is required. We’ll see you at the lake!

This is a small, informal community wellness gathering intended for groups of fewer than 30 participants. In accordance with City of Tempe guidelines, no official permit is required unless the group exceeds this size. Should interest grow beyond this number, the event may be paused or rescheduled until proper permitting is secured. By attending, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary public gathering and not a city-sponsored or formally permitted event. Please be respectful of the space and other park visitors.
